To enroll in the World Healers program you must first submit an Application. 

Applying is easy.  You can fill out and submit The World Healer Aplication online here.

As an alternative, the following link will provide an Application Form which you can then print, complete and mail in.

To open the Application Form, left click the following link.  To download the form and save it on your computer, right click the link,  select Save As or Save Link As, and save the document in a location where you can find it later.  Then double-click the file name (Application_for_WHI.pdf) to open the document.
